A Miscarriage of Justice?

Acting on a tip, police raided a Long Island bar last night. The Casamento brothers were brought in for questioning and to participate in a line up. The Casamento attorney told the DA that charging them would be futile as she could easily have any one of them vindicated with an insanity plea. The DA agreed. The boys were released on their own recognizance and were told never to be seen in public wearing silly hats.
